How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process our customer orders within 1-3 business day after we receive them. We will forward the tracking number to you as soon as the product ships.

We ship worldwide in most countries. Please note, Qatar, Kuwait, Suriname, Lebanon, Netherlands, Finland, Mexico, Jamaica, Ghana, Uganda, Trinidad and Tobago, South America and South Africa are excluded.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from the manufacturer (USA, China, Belgium, New Zealand). We have multiple fulfillment centers if you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately.

How do I check my tracking number?

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-5 business days for processing and you can track your order on your Country Post Office Website or from the shipping confirmation email link.

Is there shipping door to door?

Please be aware that deliveries are not always guaranteed to your doorstep.

Aionstraps is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Therefore, carriers may request customers to collect orders from their offices.

Why has my tracking number been updated?

When a tracking number does not update for a while, it simply means that the package is in route to your country. Once the package has cleared your customs, the tracking info will be updated and a more accurate delivery time will be given. Please be patient and you will see an update soon.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost is currently FREE for your entire order.

When will I receive my tracking number?

We allow 24 hours for our customers to cancel their order.

After that 24 hours, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping. Which take 1-3 business days.

You will receive an email as soon as it ships with all tracking details.
